Reckner has facilities in Pennsylvania, New York and Wisconsin.

We are seeking part time staff who can work four or five days per week, with Mondays and Fridays required. Hours preferred: from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm OR 11:00 am – 5:00 pm up to 28 hours per week. Open to shifts of 5 hours per day.

Overview:

Responsible for conducting telephone calls with Healthcare professionals and for scheduling these individuals for in-depth interviews and focus groups with our clients. The respondents are generally recruited from our extensive database of healthcare professionals or searching external sources.

Role Specifics:

· No sales are involved

· Call and screen healthcare professionals for participation in research studies

· Schedule healthcare professionals to participate in research studies if they meet the criteria and quota for interviews with our clients

Creative thinking for custom recruiting and panel building.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated to work productively in a remote environment
  • Work within teams to demonstrate ownership of each assigned project.
  • Tech-savvy; ability to work with various technologies including:
  • Computer based phone system
  • Microsoft online excel documents
  • G - Suite: Google sheets and calendars
  • Ability to toggle between multiple screens and application
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive and team oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creatively use online resources for custom recruiting.
  • Experience in market research or call center preferred
