Requirements
- Must be able to commute to our office located @ 230 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, Pa.15086
- Strong organization skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Able to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Team oriented
- Must be able to work fulltime in the office
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suites, and other software's
- 2 years customer service experience
- Sense of Urgency
- Remains calm under pressure
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- External and internal customer contact
- Reviewing and booking orders from the sales team
- Purchasing product from vendors and our corporate manufacturing facilities
- Recording key dates and activities related to orders
- Scheduling and releasing completed product
- Coordinating delivery of customer orders
