Knowledge & Skills (Social, Personal & Technical)

• Knowledge and experience of Project Management principles
• Experience dealing with major contractors in Tier 1 & 2
• Experience in dealing with Gov and State Departments
• Demonstrated experience in the management of construction, costs, MS Project schedule creation and management and company operations
• Previous experience and excellent understanding of contracts/ contracts management
• Excellent understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of customer service
• A degree in either Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
