Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently assemble components and package finished product for final delivery.
Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems,
Kawasaki Production System and all legal and compliance regulations including OSHA.
Position, align and affix components for assembly manually or using hand/air tools or hoists.
Inspect and/or test components and processes to verify product function or component
capabilities, and conformance to customer specifications through visual observation and/or
using measuring instruments such as torque wrenches, gauges, and calipers, and documents.
Operate, monitor and maintain equipment used in the production process as required.
Transfer products between work areas of plant by hand or using manual or powered industrial
equipment.
May rotate through various tasks in the assembly processes.
Communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel
