We are currently hiring a Recruiter based in Worcester. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to fill open positions by sourcing, recruiting, and screening non-provider staff at the Kennedy Community Health Center.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet with hiring managers to prioritize open non-provider positions and develop strategies to fill them by sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates.
    • Confirm accuracy of existing job descriptions. Edit and update with hiring manager as needed.
    • Create attractive/ appealing job postings.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment sources including social media, and trade associations.
  • Build relationships with training centers, high schools, and higher education (university/ college) career placement departments to share opportunities, attract candidates and develop potential training partnerships (extern/internships) that may lead to future employment.
  • Track status of the recruitment process by utilizing the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in off site and virtual job fairs to attract candidates and promote brand recognition.
    • Partner with marketing to create materials for job fairs.
  • Answer candidate questions pertaining to the position, department, Health Center and benefits package.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Demonstrated successful record of sourcing, assessing, and onboarding staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
