Join the exciting world of Enterprise Software Sales by becoming a Sales Engineer for Files.com. This is a great step-up opportunity for a successful customer support engineer or other technical person looking to get more personally involved with customers.

Sales Engineers at Files.com work collaboratively with our Account Executives to connect with prospects and customers on a deeply technical level. You will dig into the customer's technical challenges, which may involve things like encryption, security, APIs, workflows, automations, SSO, and more.

You will work to ensure that Files.com is able to work within the environment of our prospects and smooth over any integration challenges.

In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert in the Files.com product, including how it helps businesses of all sizes with file transfer and automation solutions
  • Work with the Sales team to define a technical sales strategy for each opportunity
  • Research, explore and identify customer business and technical challenges
  • Help customers deploy trials and proof of concepts (POCs)
  • Produce technical content for RFP responses
  • Conduct technical presentations over Zoom and live at trade shows
  • Stay current on the latest technology and contribute to the technical direction of the company while keeping a customer-centric approach.

You will be joining a recently built team of 5 (soon to be 10) people in this office. This team has recently taken over all Sales activities for Files.com, and this is your opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the new team. What an amazing career opportunity!
