Senior Technical Lead (On-Call/Hourly) Job at ICF
The Senior Technical Lead will provide leadership, development and oversight for the analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of client software development in support of their business needs. They will function as the interface between system developers and the software development project manager.
The Technical Lead will:
- Develop and consume web-based RESTful APIs
- Perform JavaScript development
- Use open source programming languages (e.g. C#) and frameworks to prototype and deploy back end web applications, including all aspects of server-side processing, data storage, and integration with front end development
- Ensure Section 508 Compliance; unit test code and resolve software bugs found in QA testing and UAT use source control
- Perform source control management and conduct peer code reviews in addition to using modern, front end web development tools, techniques, libraries and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing PWS interfaces and maintain all interfaces with the content management system (e.g. Sitecore)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development
