The Social Media Content Designer & Videographer will play a vital role in growing the business through effective and visually compelling branded content across multiple channels aimed at driving company brand awareness and sales.

By applying your creative energy and strong work ethic, you will create video, photographs, social media posts and more that continue to position McLamp Management, LLC and its divisions including EDU Healthcare, LLC and BassMooch, LLC.

We are looking for a fun, creative superstar who is an expert in social media and videography. The Social Media Content Designer & Videographer will work independently, and collaboratively with our team in creating branded content that showcases our brands, organization, products in a positive light driving business results.

The primary responsibility of the Social Media Content Designer & Videographer is to develop branded content, produce photographs, videos, digital catalogs, and more while supporting key stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Education: 4-year college degree, particularly a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience: Required minimum 3-5 years’ work experience similar role with mastery in video and video-editing, photography and Adobe Creative Suite; Possesses specific relative experience including social media, digital advertising, content management & storytelling.

Systems Proficiency:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, photography or videography
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, or related field (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically in Adobe Illustrator, Abobe Premier Pro, and Photoshop. Full understanding of page layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Video editing software knowledge (required)
  • Comfortability with Google G-Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite - specifically PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Strong Social Media proficiency, specifically Instagram/Facebook; Tik Tok, YouTube and others (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
