Our client that specializes in constructing all aspects of roadway, residential, commercial, and municipal site -- Paving and Underground Utilities construction is looking for a Superintendent for the Palmetto & Tampa Bay area of Florida.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Must have experience in Asphalt Paving and Underground Utilities for water, sewer and storm and strong DOT Experience
Florida based contractor serving Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, Pinellas, DeSoto, Polk, Charlotte, and Pasco counties specializes in constructing all aspects of roadway, residential, commercial, and municipal site construction.
The Superintendent manages key client projects overseeing all aspects of the project. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project and prepare client invoices.
Required Experience:
*High school or equivalent, college degree highly desirable.
*Experience in civil construction, including at least five years of or a related field
*5 plus years working in construction, paving, or land development as a Superintendent. *Experience in both the public and private sectors with in-depth familiarly of DOT specifications.
