As a Talent Transformation Consultant, you will use your expertise in management and consulting to examine complex systems through an innovation perspective, and make recommendations for improving organizational strategy, structure, human capital and management practices. As a client task lead, you will often act as the day-to-day POC for the client, including providing management, administrative, and technical interface between the client and the Booz Allen team. As a team lead, you will steer a team of analysts in regularly consulting government leaders on iteratively designing and developing innovative workforce solutions to complex technical talent problems. You will also serve as career manager to staff, including providing direct manager guidance, support for career development, and oversight to resolving concerns. You will also be asked to serve as an expert practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent transformation efforts. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• 5+ years of experience with talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, or corporate strategy
• 3+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement
• 2+ years of experience with supporting large, dispersed client organizations in either the federal or private sector
• 1+ years of experience with leading 2-6 member teams towards project goals
• Experience with Talent Development, Talent Management, Product or Program Development, and Talent Initiative Design or Launch
• Experience with developing business development documents, including proposals and whitepapers
• Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support organization mission
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Master’s degree in Change Management, Design Thinking, or Project Management
• Project Management Professional Certification

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $75,500 - $157,800 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $80,200 - $192,800 (annualized USD)
