Unarmed Security Officer Job Description:
Oatridge Security Group is looking for an Unarmed Security Officer to join its rapidly growing team. An ideal candidate will have a vehicle and Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. Additionally COVID vaccination and TWIC card are highly desired.
The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for conducting patrols and static security at client sites in and around King county. Unarmed Security Officers will be required to have the ability to safely operate a vehicle, stand on their feet for long periods of time and work outside in the elements (weather). The Security Officer will work at an assigned site and may be required to possess and maintain a TWIC card. This position requires individuals that possess self-discipline, a good work ethic, and punctuality. Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug test. Candidates must have a clean driving record, be well groomed, articulate, dependable, and be a team player. The Officer does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer and has no arrest or apprehension powers. The work is performed outdoors and indoors.

Unarmed Security Officer Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- TWIC card strongly desired
- Prior military, civilian, or security officer experience preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Must speak, read, write, and understand the English language, apply written rules, detailed orders, instructions and training material.
- Detailed and legible written communication required.
- Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation.
